Effective microorganism – out of the forrest of the village Cervera del Maestre. End of April we prepared some clap pots with rice. We placed them in the forrest of la font de la rocca, 4 km from the village between spruces.
Instead of buying for high prices a bottle of EM to start fermentation we go into the nature and catch the local types, ready to work in the same area (country, level, microclima).
EM are very useful for different reasons. More in Wikipedia.
In our case we will use EM in the bokashi-intensive composting process and for terra preta.
